RELATIONSHIP

These terms and conditions regulate the access and use that you make of the APP and services of AHORROBUS Official APP.

READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ACCEPTING THEM AND PROCEEDING TO USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY AHORROBUS APP.

Through your access and use of the services you agree to be legally bound by these conditions that establish the relationship between you and AHORROBUS Official APP. If you do not accept these conditions you will not be able to access and use the services. In case of breach of the following Terms and Conditions by you, AHORROBUS Official APP may deny you access to your account and/or services. On the other hand, AHORROBUS Official APP may modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions or any of the services offered in whole or in part, without the need for prior notification, through the APP or email.

SERVICES

The services constitute a technology platform that allows users of AHORROBUS Official APP:

Access to the following transport information: Stops; routes; bus brands; theoretical schedules; estimated times of arrival; points of interest; AHORROBUS card balance and recharge centers; rates and promotions; help centers; user register; notices; connection to route planner (Google Maps).

Additional services for registered users: Creation of favorite stops; favorite stop notifications; association of AHORROBUS cards by profiles; card editing, card deleting, checking balances and movements of AHORROBUS card; It is important to keep in mind that deposits to the AHORROBUS card, as well as purchases or payments of bus tickets, can be reflected up to 48 hours after the corresponding operation has been carried out.

A user can register one or several cards in his AHORROBUS account; these cards will be associated with the user and will be shown on the profile screen and on their cards screen. Here you can check the balance. In turn, other users will not be able to link this card unless the user removes it from their profile.

RESTRICTIONS

The company is not responsible in case of theft or loss of the Ahorrobus card, nor for the misuse made of it, since it is the responsibility of the user who received it.

For any clarification it is essential to present your proof of payment.

The balance is not transferable to a credit account and will not be exchanged for cash.

The balance of the card will expire when in a period of 365 days it has not received recharges and the card can no longer be used, which means that the user will have to acquire a new card to continue enjoying the benefits of Ahorrobus.

You may not:

1. Remove any copyright, trademark, or industrial property notice from any part of the services.

2. Reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works on the services, or intellectual property rights.

3. Distribute, license, lease, resell, transfer, publicly display or otherwise exploit the services or intellectual property rights.

4. Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the services.

5. Cause or launch any program or script for the purpose of unduly overloading or blocking the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the services or attempting to gain unauthorized access to or damage any aspect of the services.

6. Authorize third parties to use your account.

7. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the services and may only use the services for lawful purposes.

OWNERSHIP

The services and all rights related to these are and will remain the property of AHORROBUS Official APP, none of these conditions, nor their use, transfer or grant any right over, or in relation to the services.

USE OF THE SERVICES

User accounts

In order to use most of the services you must register and maintain an active personal user account for the services. The creation of your AHORROBUS account will require certain personal information such as your NAME(S), SURNAME, and EMAIL ADDRESS and optionally your telephone number, zip code, gender and date of birth, so that prior to the creation of your account you must accept these terms and conditions and our privacy notice available at https://ahorrobus.com.mx/aviso-de-privacidad

NETWORK ACCESS AND DEVICES

You are responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the services. Data rates from your mobile network and internet service provider may apply and you will be responsible for those rates. You are responsible for acquiring and updating the devices necessary to access and use the services and any updates to the services. The services, or any part thereof, are not guaranteed to function on any particular device. In addition, the services may be subject to dysfunctions or delays inherent to the use of the Internet and electronic communications without any responsibility for AHORROBUS APP.

For a better functioning of AHORROBUS Official APP, it is recommended that the user authorize access to their location, in order to be able to give the App optimal functioning and display information according to the location point. Not sharing the information could affect the user experience, but it is only the user's responsibility to authorize their point of location.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Resignation

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". All representations and warranties, express, implied or statutory, not expressly set forth in these terms, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and are disclaimed. Furthermore, it makes no representation or warranty as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of the Services or any services or goods requested through the use of the Services, or that the Services will not be interrupted. The quality, suitability, safety, or ability of third-party providers is not guaranteed. You agree that the entire risk arising from your use of the services and any services, or requested in connection therewith, shall be solely with you, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

AHORROBUS APP will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury or damage to property, nor for damages related to, or in connection with, or otherwise arising from any use of the services. It will also not be responsible for any damage, liability or loss arising from:

1. Your use of or reliance on the Services or your inability to access or use the services.

2. Any transaction or relationship between you and any third party

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

You may cancel your Account at any time in the App.

AHORROBUS Official APP will stop providing the services and you will no longer be able to access your account, once it is cancelled.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the AHORROBUS Official APP service, the terms of service and/or your account for any reason, without prior notice at any time.

AHORROBUS Official APP may suspend or cancel your account if there is information that the user (by conviction, resolution, insurance or escrow investigation or other) has participated in fraudulent activities related to the use of the services.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

AHORROBUS Official APP is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that the data you provide, its use and disclosure will be governed by our privacy policy.
